Prior to joining HanRen, Ms.Chen worked as a senior examiner in the China National Intellectual Property Administration(CNIPA) and as an experienced patent attorney in well-known patent agencies of China. 

 

Ms.Chen was responsible for examination and reexamination of inventions, utility models, PCT, etc. in CNIPA, gained more than 10 years of relevant working experience and was quite familiar with Chinese patent practice. 

 

Ms.Chen has now been taking on a large variety of IP related work, including drafting, prosecution, patent analysis, etc. She excels in discovery and layout of new patent applications, and pursues a reasonable protection scope for patents from the perspectives of accessibility, enforceability, and stability of patent rights. She has gained great recognition and praise from clients worldwide.
