Prior to joining Hanray Law Firm in 2022, Mr. Fu worked for China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd., BEYOND ATTORNEYS AT LAW and Beijing Janlea Patent Agency Limited for many years, and served as the manager of the domestic electrical department, the manager of the international department and the deputy general manager, respectively.
During his career, he has not only worked for many famous domestic and foreign companies such as Honeywell, Amazon, Infineon, China Mobile, China Unicom, Tencent,BOE, Goer Company, Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and NIO, but also for some domestic startups such as Beijing Raccoon.
Mr. Fu understands the real needs of clients and is good at patent mining and patent layout, especially in solving the pain points of difficult patent mining and layout for software or internet companies, eliminating the risk of corporate infringement, and conducting patent layout against competitors. Mr. Fu also has extensive experience in assisting companies to establish and improve their IP management system.
