Helen Huang is the founding partner and Attorney at law of Hanray Law Firm. She has been practicing intellectual property law since 2005.

Helen’s practice covers a wide range of areas, including trademark, industrial design, copyright, domain name and trade secret, etc. She deals with a wide range of intellectual property related issues arising in prosecution, enforcement, litigation, IP portfolio development and management, and transactional matters involving trademark, trade name, domain name disputes and unfair competition.

Helen has extensive trademark litigation experience and has handled over 500 trademark lawsuits with the Beijing IP court and Beijing High Court and is frequently praised for her excellent trial skills.
